Reals opens new HQ in São Paulo focused on strategic expansion and innovation in iGaming 4r2j5z

Reals, a Brazilian betting company that is part of the Ux Group and that also owns brands such as Ux.bet, celebrated the opening of its new headquarters on Monday (19) this week in Alphaville, São Paulo. The space, with 6,000 square meters and capacity for up to 1,500 employees, is positioned as one of the largest operational hubs among the companies that make up the regulated sector in Brazil. 4k10e

The three-story building has multimedia studios, a cafeteria, meeting rooms, a training center and an auditorium, bringing together in one place the company's main departments, such as legal, compliance, finance, marketing, human resources, technology and . The latter, for example, operates 24 hours a day with more than 200 professionals.

Since the beginning of its operations, Reals has increased its number of employees by thirty, in line with its accelerated evolution within a highly competitive market. Obtaining a definitive license from the Federal Government is another reflection of a responsible management model that is in full compliance with the new legislation for the betting sector in Brazil.

As part of this movement, the company has invested in training its staff, attracting talent from different profiles and areas to the group, which already has professionals from multinational companies.

Strategic agreements

In addition to internal evolution in corporate , Reals has been g strategic agreements to promote the expansion of the brand in the market. In 2025, it became the first Brazilian betting company to sponsor a European football giant, assuming the position of Official Regional Betting Partner of Milan in Latin America. It also maintains the master sponsorship of Coritiba Foot Ball Club and has recognized ambassadors such as Rodrigo Faro, Edu Primitivo and Ítalo Sena.

The company also has more than 2 million followers on social media and has accumulated important recognitions, such as the “Rising Star of the Year” (2023) and “Best Sports Betting Operator” (2024) awards from SiGMA.
