Three more ‘Bets’ – as operators are called in Brazil - have been authorized by the federal government to export sports betting and online games in the country. The brands MMA, Betvip and PapiGames, from Select Operations Ltda., obtained their licenses to operate in physical and virtual formats this Thursday (22). The authorization is valid until May 20, 2030.
With yet another Ordinance, the number of authorized companies in Brazil has reached 81 (7 by court order). They represent 180 sports betting and online gaming websites.

THE SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETTING OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by art. 55, section I, of Annex 1 of Decree No. 11,907, of January 30, 2024, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, resolves:
Art. 1º To authorize the following legal entity to explore the fixed-odds lottery modality, under the of Laws No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, of the Ordinances issued by the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets and based on the information contained in SIGAP process No. 0062/2024:
